The 11th District Picnic scheduled for March 24th had been cancelled after we went to print with our March Newsletter. The District Commander Ed McKeon apologizes for any inconvenience he may have caused anyone. The picnic has been rescheduled for April 21st from noon to 6pm. You may purchase tickets in advance at the Legion Canteen. The price is $9.00. All-you-can-eat.

For the first time ever the Ladies Auxiliary of the Dept. of Florida will hold their Department Presidents Homecoming at our post on April 14th at 7pm. See ladies aux. column.

I would like to thank Joan O'Donnell and J 0 Ann Collard for decorating our post canteen for St Patrick's Day. As they Say in Ireland "May you both live to be a hundred and may I be a pallbearer at your wakes".

Our Bingo chairman Dom De Filippi still needs some callers on Sunday Night, if you can help call Dom at 561-632-1825.

Our membership renewals have come to a halt. We still have approximately 90 members who have not paid their 2007 dues. Please check your cards if it does not say 2007 than you have not paid your 2007 dues.

Our first nomination of officers will take place at our April Meeting.
