We still seem to have some Sons of the Legion Post “members” that have not yet renewed membership for 2008.  I have highlighted “members” since if your dues are not paid you can loose the benefit of participating in the use of the Post and attending Post functions.  I urge you to check your card and see if you are current (in good standing).  For those of you, who have kept up with your dues, THANK YOU.  SAL tries to have 100% by April.  This is important to the Post and to the Sons of the American Legion. 

 

I just recently renewed a member who lives in New York State.  He likes and enjoys coming to the Post when he is here.  If you have a friend or relative who qualifies for membership in the SAL invite them to the Post and sign them up, (see Ken or myself).  The American Legion and the SAL thrives on its membership in order to continue to contribute to our community on Local, State and National levels.
