LADIES AUXILIARY
LADIES,
OUR FIRST MEETING WAS VERY PRODUCTIVE, AND WHAT A PLEASURE TO SEE NEW FACES WITH IDEAS THAT WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO IMPLIMENTING THIS YEAR . OUR NEXT MEETING IS OCT. 16TH. PLEASE JOIN US. OUR FLOOR IS OPEN TO NEW ROADS- "LESS TRAVELED". WE HAVE SET GOALS TO REACH THIS YEAR BUT, THERE IS ROOM FOR NEW WORTHY PROJECTS.
LETS START THE HOLIDAY SEASON TOGETHER. ON OCTOBER 9TH AT 7PM WE WILL BE DECORATING THE CANTEEN FOR HALLOWEEN- AND YES IN THIS CASE, THE MORE THE MERRIER---HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are 3
scholarships available through the Auxiliary.
Department Scholarships are awarded annually to children of honorably discharges veterans who reside in Florida and will be attending an accredited Florida University. Four year University grants are not to exceed $2,000 annually and Junior College or Technical-Vocational school grants are not to exceed $1,000 per year.
Memorial Scholarship are awarded annually to Auxiliary members, their daughters or granddaughters, provided said member has been a member in good standing in a Unit within Florida for at least three (3) years with current dues paid. Florida residence and/or attendance at a Florida school are not required. Grant amounts are the same as Department Scholarship. Both grants are available to full time students (12 credits) only.
Masters Degree Scholarship Is available to members of the Auxiliary, Department of Florida who have maintained membership for five (5) continuous years with current dues paid. This grant is not to exceed $2,500 annually for continuing their education in an accredited Master's Degree program. This grant may be renewed once for a total not to exceed $5,000.
