LADIES AUXILIARY
Hello Ladies,
We have a full month ahead of us and participation is greatly needed.
We have adopted a Veteran’s family in dire need of our help. For the last two months we have financially given them support and this family has three children. We are asking for unwrapped gifts for them: two girls ages 6 and 7 and one boy age 10. Please help us make their holiday as special as ours. We are asking for gifts to be dropped off by December 12th. As we all know, Christmas is also about children’s smiles. (any and all household items are needed).
Again we are trying to have “Card Night” we will be having a Texas Hold’em table and also Black Jack. Please join us December 16th at 7PM. There is a sign up sheet at the Post. Please sign up or call if you plan to attend.
The Town’s Christmas Parade is December 14th. If you’re up for walking with us please let me know.
Our membership is at 64.5%. Please if you haven’t sent in your dues please do so. Reading 100% membership allows us to send extra girls to Girls State in Tallahassee which is our goal.
And, YES – We are having another New Year’s Dinner and Dance. Tickets are $40 each from 9PM to 1AM. We only have space for 100 people so, sign up soon to insure your evening of FUN!!!!
