Legionnaires,

     Membership is at a standstill.  We still have 150 members who have not renewed their dues for 2009.  Please check your card.  If it says 2008 on the front, than you’re dues are in arrears.        

     The new 300 Club starts on March 6th.  You can purchase the tickets in the lounge from the bartenders or myself.

 

     The Valentine Dinner that Chef Mike put out for the Post was the best ever.  I was told he got an ovation when he came out of the kitchen after preparing the meal.  The dinner was a sell out and we had to turn people down who called in late.  Reservations are very important at this time of year.  So, call in early to guarantee a seat.

 

     St. Patrick’s Day is upon us again on Tuesday, March 17th.  We will be serving corned beef sandwiches for $6.00 or a plate for $8.00 from 12 noon until ?  As usual D.J. O’Smitty will be providing the very best in Irish music.

 

     The Texas-Hold-Um Tournament will be held on the 4th Tuesday this month instead of the 3rd Tuesday due to St. Patrick’s Day.

 

     Our 1st nomination of Officers will be at our April meeting.  Anyone wishing to run must have a copy of their D.D.214 at the Post.
