I would just like to remind our members that the Post has
a generator and
will be open for business in case of a hurricane.
The Post had it's Installation of Officer's Ceremony at
our Post meeting on
August 13th.
A tip of the hat to our new cook "Chef Bill"
for a great meal.
I would also like to thank Ladies Auxiliary members Suzie
Bennett and Alice
Mashig for waitressing and cleaning up afterwards.
Our annual Labor Day Bar-B-Que is September 7th from 12
noon till 5PM at a
cost of $8.00 for all you can eat.
It will consist of chicken, hamburgers,
hot dogs, corn-on-the-cob, salads
and all the fixen's.
I urge all Post
members to support our Post
functions.
The volunteers put in a lot of HARD
and HOT work so you can enjoy the holiday, so show your
support for them.
Don't forget to get your due's in early to be eligible for
our Early Bird
Drawing at our October meeting.

for 2011.
